As a Trustee, it is both a privilege and a responsibility I hold close to my heart. My approach to decision-making is guided by practicality and balance, always keeping the well-being of our students and the broader school community at the forefront.

While I am a firm believer in structure and timelines, I value open dialogue and inclusivity. Listening deeply to the concerns and aspirations of our staff, students, and parents allows us to shape an environment that is both progressive and nurturing.
